TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Binding Agreement

By accessing TimerFlex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the TimerFlex project team. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

TimerFlex is provided as a productivity utility for the global community. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to circumvent our site architecture or security protocols.
  • Using automated scripts to scrape content or simulate user interactions.
  • Reverse-engineering our proprietary JavaScript logic for commercial gain.
  • Redistributing our tools as part of another platform without explicit credit.

3. Intellectual Property

The "TimerFlex" brand, its unique UI/UX layout, custom icons, and original source code are the intellectual property of the TimerFlex contributors. While we provide the service for free, we do not transfer ownership of any underlying technology or design patterns to the user.

4. No Warranty ("As-Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TIMERFLEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OF TIMING CALCULATIONS IN CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTS (E.G., MEDICAL OR INDUSTRIAL USE).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimerFlex and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to lost profits, missed deadlines, or system failures. You use TimerFlex at your own risk.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to TimerFlex for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that threatens the stability of our service or the safety of our visitors.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by international web standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary contributors reside. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
